The service is amazing. Delivery was very fast. The rings came exactly as ordered, very good quality. Very fast responses to e-mails. I am completely satisfied with Auronia. They even covered the cost of the courier company, which asked me to pay customs charges.

We’ve ordered custom made Platina 950 rings, the transaction went smooth, the arrival of the testrings also. But be warned, you have to sent them back, free of charge ofcourse. Once we confirmed our ring sizes, it took like 12 days to recieve them at home. The rings are stunning. Also the customer service was fast responding through e-mail. We’re from the Netherlands btw.

Auronia has helped me when another online jeweller let me down. Their communication is exceptional with responses to emails within hours. They understood my problem and got me the perfect wedding ring before I flew out to get married. Even without all this their design website was the perfect place to create my perfect wedding ring and I had wished I found this company first. I was able to alter every detail about my ring to get the exact size, width, thickness, material, design. I could control every detail about my ring and this was the only place I found that could do this. The final image of the ring was exactly how the ring looked when delivered. I can not recommend this company high enough and suggest you check out their website even if your not planning on buying another yet.

Excellent store! The rings that I ordered are of a very high quality and even though I was quite late with ordering Auronia made sure that everything moved as quickly as possible which made it possible to have my rings just in time for my wedding. The option to receive the sample rings is also very nice, my partner and I first received the sample rings and this helped us to order the rings in the correct size. I can definitely recommend to buy from Auronia, if you are looking for the perfect rings for a perfect day this is the place to go.

Loved the rings and great service from Auronia. We called for updates and Max was very helpful and patient with our queries. We had one ring customized beyond what was offered for a small additional charge (star like engraving around diamonds), I sent photos and they were very responsive, keeping us updated on the progress for this ring. The gold technician did a fabulous job, it was perfect and just what we wanted! We sent the non-custom ring back for resizing which is due next week. Overall very happy with the service provided.

I was skeptical when reading the bad reviews. But I didn't have much issues with support, It took the maximum estimated time to get to me, but it reached me in the end as agreed. I went for something simple and I am happy with what I got. I added pictures of the customization page and how they look IRL.

First class service from start to finish, I absolutely loved designing our own Wedding bands, if I had any problems I just telephoned and they were more than happy to help with any questions. We received our rings with in plenty of time of our wedding. They are perfect and we couldn’t of been happier with them. Thank you Auronia.
